Finishing the package will be PPG paint following the Mopar prostock Darrell Alderman Scheme, in Pearl white and chroma colors graphics. Project is just under way, and will hopefully be finished by the summer next year.
For the first car to be featured in this section, I thought I would feature a real bruiser that is more like the cars that most of us own instead of some wild exotic. Above are 2 pictures of Nick Carnes' '74 Duster which started life as a slant 6. The photo is what Nick's car looks like, and the sketch is what it will look like when he gets done. Nick purchased the car from his uncle at the age of 15 and has had it ever since. Nick quickly upgraded the car to a 318 but in 1997 Nick was ready for a big block. Nick is currently in the middle of making modifications to the car, namely because he had a GER transmission blow out after only 500 miles. (The Wise Man Learns From His Club Member's Mistakes)
